Q1. Business activities
I am the Quality Control/Assurance Manager at E&H Thailand.
Since there’s nothing in manufacturing that isn’t related to quality, I’m often involved in almost every activity.
①Technical meetings with production engineering and manufacturing teams.
②Quality improvement activities both internally and externally.
③Handling quality information and complaints from customers.
④Responding to audits by third-party organizations related to quality and the environment.
⑤Quality improvement activities and process audits with suppliers.
⑥Coordination tasks between departments.
I consider all quality-related work as part of our sales activities to customers, and I approach my daily tasks with the goal of making clients feel that they want to work with E&H—and continue doing so.

Q3. What I love about E&H!
The close proximity to top management such as the president, vice president, and executive director allows for quick decision-making.
The company respects the country of Thailand and the people who live there.
Each employee demonstrates a very high level of hospitality toward customers.
Senior employees are very kind to junior employees, and the juniors look up to their seniors with great respect.

Q4. What does Thailand mean to me?
For someone like me who has no real base in Japan, it’s not just a second home — it’s more like my first home.
From a Japanese perspective, it feels like ‘summer all year round,’ so there’s little sense of the seasons, and if you’re not careful, time can slip by before you know it — but I find I can live at a relaxed pace, and it really suits both my body and mind.
Q5. My Top Recommended Spot in Thailand!
It’s not a specific spot, but I especially recommend Thai cuisine in general and Thai fruits.
In Thailand, you can enjoy not only Japanese food but also dishes from various countries. However, the local food is particularly interesting because it reflects the climate and cultural background of the area.
When it comes to food, there is a wide variety, from spicy dishes to milder ones, and many options that suit the Japanese palate. Even though it’s hot all year round and it seems like summer all the time, fruits in Thailand also have their ‘seasons,’ and each season offers a variety of delicious fruits. There are still many foods I haven’t tried yet, so I challenge myself to try them whenever I come across something new.

Q6. Messages to future team members!
There may be various concerns such as ‘I don’t understand,’ ‘I don’t know,’ or ‘I have no experience,’ but if you have a strong desire to ‘want to understand,’ ‘want to know,’ or ‘want to try,’ you are very welcome.
We would like to work with those who are willing to learn with us, think with us, and continue to execute with us.
