Starting with ultra-small components around Φ2mm used in car stereos and cassette tapes, we have expanded our expertise to manufacture high-precision metal-cutting parts for a wide range of applications. These include critical safety components such as carburetors and injectors for automobiles and motorcycles, as well as turbochargers, common rails, and brake systems. Our products are also used in air conditioners, office equipment, construction machinery, toys, and many other industries.

Main machining equipment

We operate a large fleet of state-of-the-art CNC multi-tasking lathes capable of ultra-precise machining at the micron level. In addition to 250 CAM-type lathes, our extensive equipment lineup includes machining centers, centerless grinders, cylindrical grinding machines, thread rolling machines, and bending machines—enabling us to handle a broad spectrum of machining requirements. This diverse and advanced machinery allows us to consistently deliver high-precision, high-quality products tailored to the needs of a wide range of industries.
