Q1. Business activities

I am the Assistant Manager of the Engineering department. And I precide over 2 sections, Engineering & Tooling.
I mainly design processes and build prototypes of parts to ensure a smooth progression from customer RFQ (request for quotation) to handover to mass production. Apart from this i am looking for new equipments handling (Machines, Inspection Equipments etc)
Parallely I am in charge of Tooling section where i am manage the Tooling & Spares for Mass Production as well as samples. Inventory management of critical tools & spares. We maintain the data for less tool life & take actions on problematic tools to secure our profits.

Q2. What I love about E&H!

I realy enjoyed my 6.5 years journey with E&H India and it is like a second home to me.
Strong Communication & cooperation between department heads & Top Management leads to accept any kind of challenges through out the supply chain.
Management Trust and faith on Employees which leads both employee & company to grow together.
The bond between employees, which leads us to share our personal time with our coworkers after leaving from office.
