
Q1. Business activities
I am the Manager of the Human Resource Development. In HRD , I am responsible for total Five section – HR, Admin , IT , Utility & Interpretation. I am taking care of Recuritment , Employees relations , Workplace policies , Training and development , Employee conflict resolution , rewards and Incentives , Safe work Enviornment and Legal compliances etc. Apart from this , I am trying to achieve Our department KPI targets which has given by Our Management based on Company KGI . Responsible for all Plant Utility work including Air, Water and Electricity etc.
Q2.What I love about E&H!
Before becoming responsible of HRD work, I worked as a japanese Interpreter in E&H for around 5 years . I really enjoyed my work journey while learning step by step since joining the E&H family. Management kept faith in me and asked to handle HRD department which was major challenge for me as I don’t have any experience of HR field. I welcome the management decision and accept the growth opportunity as I always believe in myself. Our Company is dedicated to give growth oppotunity to their each & every Employee whoever work with hoensty, dilligently and with good faith. Each department cooperate with other departments like family member regardless of responsbility. Employees are greeting each other which makes cheerful working Enviornment & create mutual trust.
