I am the Senior Manager of the Production Management Department.
The details of my responsibilities are as follows.
➀ Production Planning: I create production plans and manage the progress of production, coordinating with various internal departments. Based on the plan, I manage the production progress and make adjustments to ensure that products are shipped on time.
I manage the inventory of finished goods and semi-finished products, and for outsourced suppliers, I plan and manage subcontracted tasks such as plating processes.
② Mass Production Product Sales: I receive orders from customers and coordinate with relevant internal departments. I take in the customer’s requirements and the provided information, and share them within the company.
③ Material Procurement Planning: Based on production needs, I create procurement plans for necessary materials and blank products. I manage purchasing costs and oversee supplier relationships.
④ Logistics and Shipment Management: I plan delivery routes for domestic customers and manage delivery drivers. I prepare finished products for shipment and deliver them to customers.
I manage the warehouse for finished products and am responsible for inventory and the management of packaging materials for finished products.
⑤ Import/Export and BOI-related Operations: I manage export operations for overseas customers and import operations for materials from abroad.
Additionally, I select and coordinate with forwarders and shipping companies. I also collaborate with the BOI representative to maintain and utilize the company’s BOI benefits.
